Refund policy

Thank you for booking with Sweet Crumb Bakeshop. Because our classes, workshops, and private parties require advance preparation, reserved studio time, staffing, and the purchase of materials and supplies, all sales are final and non refundable.

Classes & Workshops

All class and workshop purchases are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled class or workshop, we are happy to allow you to reschedule to another available date. rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested prior to the scheduled class or workshop.

Private Parties & Events

All payments made toward private events are non refundable. This includes deposits, partial payments, and final balances.

If you are unable to hold your party on the originally scheduled date, we may allow your payment to be transferred to another available date.

No-Shows

Guest who do not notify us prior to a scheduled workshop or event are not eligible for a refund
