We started Sweet Crumb because everyone deserves a birthday that is not just a party — it is a memory they will talk about for years.
Sweet Crumb Bakeshop was started in 2022 by the founder Carmen Lambert. Carmen has been decorating professionally for the past 12 years and has a degree in Culinary Arts. What started as a love for designing cakes turned into a space where creativity, community, and confidence come together without the pressure of perfection.
Our cake decorating classes are hands-on, beginner-friendly, and designed for everyone to enjoy. We host private events, public classes, summer camps, and more! All of our events are designed to have fun, and learn a new skill. We aim to provide a thoughtful, curated experience every time you come to our store
Today we have hosted dozens of parties and welcomed hundreds of bakers. We still use the same simple philosophy: give people real tools, real materials, and real creative freedom — then step back and watch the magic happen.
